A creative with a business mindset, Joshua uses his talent and passion for the creative process to make obscure concepts into powerful stories. With a marketing degree from Butler University's Lacy School of Business + a decade of creative leadership, Joshua guides the strategic direction of his work to achieve his clients’ business goals, evidenced by his awards and Regional Emmy Nominations as both a Producer and Editor. In 2022 Joshua acquired the Creative Services division of Arland Communications, where he worked for nine years in multiple roles including Creative Director and Vice President. Projects there carried him across the United States and internationally in Europe and Asia, and ranged from broadcast TV commercials to impactful content for Global Fortune 500 companies. Joshua takes on every new adventure - at work or at play - with his partner, Maggie, and their three sons. In his free time he spends his time with the family, outside, and always busy with his next project.

Grace is a director of many moving pieces, both editing assets and physical teams. She’s swift with a post-it-note, decisive in an edit, and addicted to improving our collaborative systems. A proud Butler Bulldog, disguised as a cat lady, legend has it that she first joined the team as an editing intern. Don’t be alarmed if you find her braided like a pretzel — she’s our in-house Yoga Instructor (we love that) and her stature makes editing anywhere more convenient. We lean on Grace to lead from timeline to finish line, and day by day, she never fails to spice up each interaction with her signature “Woo!”

Matthew is the wits behind the camera and our office encyclopedia — storing every fact from raw denim to food microbiology, to codecs and file renders. We pay him for the video know-how, but befriend him for the surplus, and his work trust. Bet he read it on Reddit. Always positive, never to a fault. He’s our specialist, a camera specs linguist — can you believe that dual native ISO? From shooting each dynamic image, to reimagining the way it builds in post, he’s our through line, and comedic past time, and always convinced that “Tomorrow’s Friday.”

Beth is our ever-present link — working across teams and eager for the assist. She keeps a tight leash on logistics and gets an endorphin boost from checking off each task. As production notes fly across her desk, she finds order, so consistent, like how you can always count on her to order a vanilla latte. She’s our on hand, hand model, and ready at the trigger to capture our days through the lens of her polaroid. Voted the most normal person on our team (aside from her resting smiley face “RSF”), Beth grounds us in many ways, keeping our team organized, moving us along project by project.

Grace tells a good story. The kind of story that after a couple rounds and a clean plate, you still want the waiter to forget the check because you’re not done laughing (maybe crying?), it’s all reflex anyway as she builds on the experiences. Now give her a pen, give her a crew. She’s our improv-er, improver, always iterating and intaking. She keeps the seat warm at her local theater, and stands to coordinate, so together we can innovate. With her “finger on the pulse”, once an intern, we knew we could toss her more than the tossed salad she eats on repeat. Whether a U-haul driver or a director, she’s “locked-in”, and here to give your ideas shape.

Patrick is our trick of the trade, a design eye, conjuring an array of motion and edit timelines. Whether tonight’s pasta or a loose video concept, he develops much from scratch, with an itch to define. As the edits stack up on his work plate, Patrick’s eyes twinkle. He hunkers down, headphones fastened, ready to feed his appetite for a challenge. Like a marathon runner, both in and out of the office, he resolves to keep morale high. Our utility player, filling in most gaps, one arm extended, he’s always stretching to lend a hand. Patrick is the best person in the office to pick a fight with — you’re guaranteed to be encouraged . . . and you might even pick up a niche pop-culture reference in the process.
