Before the lights, the camera, or the action—there’s pre-production. And trust us, it’s where the magic really starts. It’s the blueprint, the game plan, the organized chaos that makes everything else run smoothly. At Phelps Creative House, we believe great storytelling starts long before anyone hits record.

We’re on the hunt for a highly organized and motivated intern to join our team for Summer 2025. You’ll work alongside our Senior Production Coordinator to help bring creative projects to life—from the very first brainstorming session to the final render.

This internship is all about rolling up your sleeves, asking great questions, and learning what it really takes to coordinate a creative production. You’ll get hands-on experience in both pre-production and production logistics—learning how to schedule, plan, communicate, and keep things moving behind the scenes.

This is a paid internship at $15/hr, and it’s a great opportunity to build your skills, grow your network, and be part of a team that cares deeply about the work and each other.
