Each January,
We create video content at the world’s largest tech show, CES.
Each day we capture hours of show floor footage and turn around same-day b-roll packages, highlight videos, and hosted episodes for international distribution.

Intern Responsibilities
The Video Production Intern will work with our Production Manager, Sr. Production Coordinator, and Videographers during their time at the CES show in Las Vegas. This will include Production Assistant duties, such as running media to our media manager and assisting our videographers with equipment, navigating show floor directions, etc.
Qualifications
Interest in the Video Production Industry
Punctual
Proactive + Organized
A Team Player — Candidates should be able to work in a team environment and independently.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to navigate large venues + shuttle bus routes between venues (Maps will be provided)
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of an 8 hour work day.
Must be able to work as a local hire, and get yourself to and from the LVCC. Parking receipts will be reimbursed, but you must be able to pay for parking upon arrival at the venue.
Hourly Rate: $15/hr (Hiring as a 1099 Independent Contractor)
Rough Dates: Jan. 5-8, 2026
Covered by the Phelps Creative Team
Parking Fees and rideshare Expenses, as needed.
